The purpose of this site.
This locally hosted website demonstrates a counseling-practice website, a guided inquiry and staff administration tools. It is not a patient portal, clinical record system or channel monitored by Foundations Counseling. Do not use it to submit treatment records, urgent concerns or confidential case materials.
The public service pages provide general practice information. A website visit or form submission does not establish care, appoint a professional or reserve an appointment.
What a request collects.
The guided introduction can record your own name, email, optional telephone, broad service interest, practical appointment preferences, payment preference and permission to be contacted. It is designed not to require a diagnosis, medication history, insurance member number, payment-card details, children’s names or legal documents.
Submitted requests and their practical preferences are stored in this demonstration’s local WordPress database and can be viewed by authorized staff accounts. The staff tools also hold demonstration user accounts and fictional office/calendar records. These tools should not be used for real clinical or case records.
Email receipts and notifications.
By default, outgoing messages are captured in the local demonstration inbox instead of being delivered over the internet. An administrator can deliberately configure an authorized external mailbox and enable live delivery. In that case, the selected email provider processes the messages.
The standard staff alert contains a request reference and sign-in link, while the standard visitor email acknowledges the demonstration request. Administrators can edit those templates. A transport accepting a message does not establish inbox delivery or confirm an appointment.
Cookies, external links and retention.
WordPress uses essential sign-in cookies for authenticated staff functions. No advertising or analytics service is added by default. External resource, map, telephone and email links open their respective destinations or applications, which have their own practices.
An administrator can set a contact-request retention period and delete requests. Backups may retain separate copies according to the operator’s backup policy. Ask the site operator about information entered into this local demonstration.
Before a public launch.
A real deployment needs a practice-approved privacy notice describing the actual operator, services, providers, retention, vendors and information-handling procedures. This demonstration description does not claim that legal, clinical or regulatory requirements have been completed.
